Each set is brand new ensuring you receive a top grade set of darts every time! You won’t know the brand, design, or value until they arrive, but one thing’s guaranteed: every box brings quality and excitement.

The Original Mystery Dart Box (£49.99) guarantees a brand-new set of darts worth at least £50 RRP, with potential value up to £120 - ideal for players who want great value while trying something new.

The Elite Mystery Dart Box (£69.99) is designed for those who want to take things a step further. It guarantees a set worth at least £70 RRP, with a chance of receiving darts valued up to £150.

Both boxes feature premium, brand-new darts from the top names in the game - Target, Winmau, Red Dragon, Shot, Mission, Unicorn - but the Elite Box delivers a higher minimum value for the more serious player.

Both boxes offer a thrilling surprise... the Elite Box just turns things up a notch.

Each box includes a high-quality set of darts from trusted and premium brands. Each set is brand new, you might get classic designs, limited releases or high-end sets you wouldn’t normally try.

For our Original Dart Box - As of July 2025, we have increased our percentage of stock retailing at over £50 by 2% from June. 100% of our stock now retails at over £50 or more. The aim with the Mystery Dart Box is to ensure variety and uniqueness. Although we strive to ensure we provide the most premium sets in regard to retail cost, we also want to provide flexibility on grip, length & style of the darts we provide.

Nope... that’s the fun of it! You choose your preferred weight, and we do the rest. Every set is a surprise, but we make sure each box delivers great value and variety.

We get it - surprises can be a gamble. While we don’t offer returns for personal preference, we guarantee quality. If it's the weight that is of concern, we will exchange your darts for a different weight that suits you. If your darts arrive damaged or faulty, we’ll replace them right away.

Orders delivering to the UK typically arrive with Royal Mail within 1–3 working days. International delivery times may vary based on your location and will be confirmed via email, however more often than not it's usually within 4-7 working days.

At checkout upon entering your delivery address you'll see if we currently ship to your address.

For any orders being shipped outside of the UK, a flat-rate shipping fee of £9.99 will apply. We ensure that all customs declarations are completed accurately, including clear item descriptions and the correct tariff (HS) codes. However, please note that any additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are beyond our control and may vary depending on local regulations.

We offer a 14-day return policy, but returns are only accepted under one specific condition:

1. If the dart weight you selected isn't suitable, and you'd like to exchange for a different weight.

To start a return, contact us at contact@mysterydart.com or via our website contact form. Include your order number, reason for return, and the dart weight you’d like instead (if applicable).

To be eligible for an exchange, the darts must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received. Proof of purchase is also required.

Returns based on personal preferences — such as not liking the look, brand, or style — will not be accepted due to the surprise nature of our product.

Any items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
