Shipping policy

All of our Mystery Boxes being sent to the United Kingdom will be sent with Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service and will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days from placing your order. We must be notified of any orders undelivered within fourteen days of placing the order. We are able to track and view proof of delivery for every order to ensure no false information is given.

At checkout upon entering your delivery address you'll see if we currently ship to your address.

For any orders being shipped outside of the UK, a flat-rate shipping fee of £9.99 will apply. We ensure that all customs declarations are completed accurately, including clear item descriptions and the correct tariff (HS) codes. Please note that no additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority should occur.

The price you pay us should be the final price you pay meaning your order is delivered with no extra charges!
