Shipping policy

All of our Mystery Boxes being sent to the United Kingdom will be sent with Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service and will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days from placing your order. We must be notified of any orders undelivered within fourteen days of placing the order. We are able to track and view proof of delivery for every order to ensure no false information is given.

For orders being shipped outside of the UK, a flat-rate shipping fee of £9.99 will apply. We ensure that all customs declarations are completed accurately, including clear item descriptions and the correct tariff (HS) codes. However, please note that any additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are beyond our control and may vary depending on local regulations.
