Refund policy

At Mystery Darts, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for all customers. Below is our full Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here.

We offer a 14-day return window, beginning on the day you receive your order. However, due to the mystery-based nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following specific condition:


1. Incorrect Dart Weight: If the dart weight you selected at checkout proves unsuitable (e.g. too light or too heavy), you may request a one-time exchange for a different weight.


Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for any of the following reasons:

•Personal preference regarding dart brand, design, colour, grip, or style

•Change of mind after opening the box

•Items that have been used, thrown, or removed from original packaging

•Returns initiated after 14 days from the date of delivery

•Any return sent without prior written authorisation from our team

Due to the nature of our business model, which is built on surprise and randomness, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds based on subjective preferences. Each set is selected at random within your chosen weight category and could have a retail value of up to £150.

In your message, please include:
•Your full name and order number

•The reason for the return

•The new dart weight you'd like (if requesting an exchange)

•Photographs of any damage (if applicable)

Once we receive and review your request, we will confirm whether your return has been approved. Do not send any items back without receiving confirmation — we cannot accept unauthorised returns.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved:
•In cases of weight exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

•In cases of damaged or defective darts, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Returned items must be:
•Unused and in their original packaging

•Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless your item is damaged and cannot be replaced. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  1. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Replacements

If your order goes missing or not delivered within 14 days of placing the order, we will investigate and issue a replacement.




European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
